Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy
APHCARIOS ENGENEERING SOLUTIONS LLC is committed to delivering high-performance products designed for rugged environments. This policy outlines the terms governing returns, refunds, and guarantees, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law of Oman (Royal Decree No. 66/2014) and commercial best practices.

2. Returns & Exchange:
2.1 Eligibility
  • A 14-day return window from the date of delivery applies to eligible products.
  • Conditions for Acceptance:
    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is mandatory.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
  • Warif Products: Excluded due to immediate outdoor exposure post-installation.
  • Custom-made or modified parts.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications.
2.3 Return Process
  • Pre-Authorization Required: Contact support at info@aphcarios.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • Shipping Costs: Customer bears return shipping fees unless the return is due to Company error.

3. Refunds
3.1 Approval & Processing
  • Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Returns initiated after 14 days.
  • Products failing to meet eligibility criteria (Section 2.1).

4. Limited 1-Year Guarantee
4.1 Coverage
  • Covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Remedies: Repair, replacement, or refund at the Company’s discretion.
4.2 Exclusions
  • Damage from:
    • Improper use, accidents, or negligence.
    • Exposure to non-recommended environments.
    • Normal wear and tear.

5. After-Sale Services
  • Paid repair/maintenance services are available post-guarantee.
  • Submit requests to info@aphcarios.com with:
    • Order details.
    • Description of the issue.
    • Proof of purchase.

6. Data Collection & Privacy
  • Customer data (name, contact, order ID) is collected solely for processing returns/refunds and handled per Oman’s Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022).

7. Governing Law & Disputes
  • This policy is governed by Omani law. Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or the Consumer Protection Department of Oman.
